Hermosa-Hills Luxury Villas, luxury villas in Costa Rica, website creation, reservation management, supervision of the manager present in person in Costa Rica.
A rustic village school in the Berner Oberland, canton of Bern, Switzerland, renovated and transformed into holiday apartments. With my management over the years I have optimised the results by bringing the annual billing to 400% compared to previous years, obtained superhost status and thanks to the excellent review statistics, consolidated the position of these accommodations on the market.
Creation of websites and reservation management systems for Hotel-Restaurant Alpina Innertkirchen, Triftblick Bed&Breakfast Gadmen, Chalet Isabel Innertkirchen and soon a villa in Liguria in the hinterland of Chiavari.
I also collaborate with an architect in Paris and various fashion clients for whom I have created websites and provided IT and communication consultancy.
